RETURNS*
We hope you’ll be pleased with every item you purchase here at Collaj Collection.com. We will be happy to process a return for you if needed. Please refer to the following procedure and policies when making a return.
*To be eligible for return, items must be returned within 30 days, with all tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable.
1. Locate your Collaj Collection packing slip and be sure to put it inside the box with your return merchandise. If you can’t find your packing slip, print out a copy of your Collaj Collection order confirmation and it will work just as well.
2. Package your return item/s and Collaj Collection paperwork together and mail back to this address:

New Holland, PA 175573. You may use any shipping service to return you merchandise, but we strongly recommend that you add insurance and tracking to your return shipment. This protects you from loss if the package should be lost, stolen, or misdelivered. You are responsible for paying the postage if you decide to make a return.
4. Once your return package arrives at our Returns Department, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.
EXCHANGES
Collaj Collection does not process exchanges. All items mailed back to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail your return item back to us for a refund, then place a new order for the new merchandise that you’d like to purchase.
